The electrical characteristics of the circuit<br \/>\nare specified in terms of required voltage, and current values<br \/>\nobtained from direct measurements of the generator and receiver<br \/>\ncomponents at the interface points. The logic function of the<br \/>\ngenerator and the receiver is not defined by this Standard, as it<br \/>\nis application -dependent.
