This standard provides the basis for a declaration of conformity of the knowledge, skills and abilities of individuals to perform thermographic measurements and analysis for residential, commercial and institutional buildings. This part of the standard (Part 3) is independent and stand-alone in nature in refererence to other parts of the standard.
