{"id":344074,"date":"2024-10-20T00:09:36","date_gmt":"2024-10-20T00:09:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bs-en-132692016\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T23:30:18","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T23:30:18","slug":"bs-en-132692016","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bs-en-132692016\/","title":{"rendered":"BS EN 13269:2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This European Standard provides guidance on the preparation of contracts in private sector for maintenance services.<\/p>\n<p>It can be applied to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>cross-border as well as national company\/maintenance contractor relationships,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>the whole range of maintenance services including planning, management and control in addition to maintenance operations,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>every type of item with the exception of computer software unless the software has to be maintained as an integral part of, and together with, technical equipment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It does not<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>provide standard forms for maintenance contracts,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>determine rights and obligations between company and maintenance contractor,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>provide rules for agreements with public administrations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>NOTE It is common to have service-level-agreements with different models, including consulting, engineering, improvements and optimization with incentives.
