The use of a reference tyre is necessary to limit the variability of the testing procedures.<\/p>\n<p>This International Standard applies to all passenger car tyres except for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Special tyres<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>tyres fitted with additional devices to improve traction properties (e.g. studded tyres).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><b>BS ISO 23671.
