The objective is to define and standardize the functionality of
Multimedia Streaming Services (MSS) that can be incorporated into
the operations of wireless telecommunications networks. Audio-only
streaming and video-only streaming are special cases of MSS. This
document defines the functional characteristics and requirements of
the MSS. Features and system requirements are defined in order for
MSS to be provided in wireless telecommunications networks. This
document addresses unicast services.
