Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1<\/span> This practice is used to identify cationic emulsified asphalts. Positively charged particles are classified as cationic. Emulsified asphalts that don\u2019t register a positive charge may also be classified as cationic slow-setting if they coat a specific type of negatively charged silica sand.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

1.2<\/span> The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
